The streets were dark. Cats ran across the street, hiding in the dumpsters of alley ways. It was practically the only bit of life seen outside at this hour, all else was calm and quiet. The street lights were dim, flickering on and off on their own, creating a dark overlap on the city. The town of Houkagakure truly was just like the suburbs, it was an abandoned village that hardly anyone cared about. This was the home of many criminals, outcasted by society. A place where death happened every day but no one did a thing about it. In a sense, it was just like that of a town filled with gangs. One individual who lived in this town went by the name of Miharu Hachiko, birthed as an abomination from the very start. No one dared approach her here. In her first years of birth, people abused her and did what they liked, but now grown up, they feared her. She was an easily tempered girl with a cold demeanor. Inside the town the beast dwelled, but at this hour she was very lively and awake. Drenched in black, her cloak covered her body as she walked the streets aimlessly. Her intentions couldn't be seen, but she had them. Her face was covered by the hood she wore, making her seem like an even more suspicious person. Miharu wanted to take all her anger out on everything and everyone, her blood boiled, she was getting frustrated with her current failure of finding the man she wished to slaughter. She knew he lived here, hiding in the shadows. Tonight was the night she would do a thorough search for him and make him pay. Miharu wanted revenge on her father and was determined to draw the lion out of it's cage. She wanted redemption.

Miharu walked calmly and silently through the town, her hood making her face look dark except for the glowing eyes of her kekkei genkai, the jikagon. It was a light pink color with 8 dots around her pupil and a ring going through them all. It was her clans one trait that gave them a bad name and was feared throughout the 5 nations. Miharu's name was feared just as much as the name of Itachi whenever it was brought up. Her sword was fastened tightly at her waist underneath her cloak so no one even saw it, except for maybe the end hilt towards her back. Bumping into the man she still caught her balance and just backed up instead. He dropped his glasses, so she bent down and grabbed them handing them back to him. "I'm fine." she said rather coldly after giving them back. By his clothes and headband he must have been from the mist village, so either he had business here or was just passing through. Either way, she didn't really care why he was here. Miharu just shrugged and started to walk away. 

Miharu walked for about a mile until she stopped. She was outside the village in the forest now, it was raining but she didn't get wet since she had her cloak covering her. "Why are you following me...?" She didn't have to turn around to guess it was him. Her canine like instincts could smell him following her this entire time and the mist from the rain carried his smell towards her, making it even easier to tell it was him since his smell was stronger. She then turned around and removed her hood letting her brown wavy hair get drenched, starring at him with her Jikagon eyes. "Answer me."

Something was with this guy and he wasn't normal. He was the type of guy who liked to either play mind tricks, or he was very observant. Miharu looked around and noticed she was nearby a lake and he was right, which she hated water, especially if it was cold. "So your plan is to bring me in for money?" That just sounded like he was in it for his own selfish reasons. Money is pointless to have really. It's easier to go for natural resources that create the items you want that's given with money. For example: Food. You could always go find your own and cook it instead of buying it. Besides, you learn more that way anyways when you live on your own, living dangerously that is. She put a hand on her Kusangi blade and turned around to look at him. It was that same guy as before after all, the one she bumped into. But was he really looking for a fight? "You seem more interested in interrogation than you are fighting me...Like you want to get inside my head, not inside my body and scoop out my guts."

He reminded her of someone she knew, someone who liked to have a little fun with mental torment. He was a sadist and a masochist. Many more to add but she didn't feel like naming off all of those factors. Miharu withdrew her Kusangi blade and let the sword rest on her shoulder but didn't actually attack him, she just stood still and watched as he looked at her up and down, observing her. When he said that last part she instantly knew what he was talking about but she wasn't going to comment on that. "Bending the mind is a key to winning you know. Your brain is what tells your body to move, cut off that flow and you're unable to do a damn thing. Its just like puppet work...Are you a puppeteer?" It didn't mean she was infering that he used chakra strings, it just meant that he liked to get into his enemies heads for fun and see how far he could push their limits.
