Born: on a ship with his twin sister. (they travel)
Stats: Pheonix was born with his twin sister on a 18 brig man of war. He has lived his entire life around ships and the docks. He is all about the mystery and knowing how to treat a lady but will gladly take on any fight you give him. he has long black hair with lightning blue streaks running through it. (and yes they are natural streaks) which he keeps tied back with a leather cord. he has striking silver eyes and fangs and has the ability to shift into a large black and blue tiger. hence the oddity of his hair. he is best at fighting with a sword but loves bows and arrows and guns too.
Story: when they were younger him and his sister were seperated since she went off to become a lady and he chose to live his life as a thieving sexy beast. (literally) he has spent his life composing himself into a cool fire bending maniac who cant help but show off. so in reality he really is a yin/yang character. he also rather loves anything dark or to do with shadows.
